INGREDIENTS
- 4 yellow peaches
- 4 bunches of currants
- 1 punnet of strawberries
- 4 basil leaves
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 250ml vanilla ice cream.
HOW TO MAKE - Boil peaches about
3min, drain and let
cool before peeling.
Quickly rinse the strawberries. - Mix and then pass them through a sieve.
- Go currants in water and then roll them in sugar.
- Divide the strawberry coulis in four glasses, arrange the peaches with a basil leaf and dumplings with vanilla ice cream.
- Decorate with currants and serve.
