PEACHES VERRINES, VANILLA ICE

INGREDIENTS
  • 4 yellow peaches
  • 4 bunches of currants
  • 1 punnet of strawberries 
  • 4 basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 250ml vanilla ice cream.

    HOW TO MAKE
  • Boil peaches about 3min, drain and let cool before peeling.
    Quickly rinse the strawberries.  
  • Mix and then pass them through a sieve. 
  • Go currants in water and then roll them in sugar. 
  • Divide the strawberry coulis in four glasses, arrange the peaches with a basil leaf and dumplings with vanilla ice cream. 
  • Decorate with currants and serve.
