INGREDIENTS
- 1 kg of apples
- 750 ml of water
- 250 g of sugar
- Prepare a syrup by boiling water and sugar.
- Meanwhile, peel and seed the apples. Cut the apples into cubes.
- Put the diced apples to poach in the syrup for a few minutes until they are tender.
- Blend this mixture until the texture is very fine and homogeneous. Cool.
- When the preparation is cold, pour into ice cream maker and let churn until the ice takes (45 minutes).
- Here in the picture, ice is just out of the ice cream maker.
- If you prefer firmer, place ice in the freezer a few hours.
