APPLE SORBET



INGREDIENTS

  • 1 kg of apples
  • 750 ml of water
  • 250 g of sugar
HOW TO MAKE

  • Prepare a syrup by boiling water and sugar. 
  • Meanwhile, peel and seed the apples. Cut the apples into cubes.
  • Put the diced apples to poach in the syrup for a few minutes until they are tender.
  • Blend this mixture until the texture is very fine and homogeneous. Cool.
  • When the preparation is cold, pour into ice cream maker and let churn until the ice takes (45 minutes). 
  • Here in the picture, ice is just out of the ice cream maker. 
  • If you prefer firmer, place ice in the freezer a few hours.
