INGREDIENTS (27 balls)
- 6 egg yolks
- 50cl skim milk
- 200g of sugar
- 80g after eight
- 70g Mc vities
HOW TO MAKE
- Prepare custard.
- Bring the milk to heat.
- Whisk the egg yolks and sugar until the mixture whitens. Gradually add the hot milk.
- Transfer the pan to the heat and reset. Stir constantly until the cream has been consistency. Remove from heat.
- Add half the chocolate to melt the mixture. Mix.
- Once the mixture has cooled add the remaining chopped chocolate and cakes also cut into pieces.
- Pour into ice cream maker and run 60min.
- Place in freezer at least 3 hours before serving.
