AFTER EIGHT ICE AND MC VITIES




INGREDIENTS (27 balls)


  • 6 egg yolks
  • 50cl skim milk
  • 200g of sugar
  • 80g after eight
  • 70g Mc vities


HOW TO MAKE
  • Prepare custard.
  • Bring the milk to heat.
  • Whisk the egg yolks and sugar until the mixture whitens. Gradually add the hot milk.
  • Transfer the pan to the heat and reset. Stir constantly until the cream has been consistency. Remove from heat.
  • Add half the chocolate to melt the mixture. Mix.
  • Once the mixture has cooled add the remaining chopped chocolate and cakes also cut into pieces.
  • Pour into ice cream maker and run 60min.
  • Place in freezer at least 3 hours before serving.
