BLACKBERRY ICE CREAM




INGREDIENTS

  • 300 g ripe  
  • 60 g of powdered sugar
  • 1 Greek yoghurt (120 g)
  • 20 ml of liquid cream

THE MATERIAL 

  • colander
  • electric mixer
  • sorbetière

 

HOW TO MAKE

  • Rinse the blackberries and cook them in a pan with 1 tablespoon of water. And let stew for 15 minutes.
  • Put the blackberries in a colander.  
  • Press them well over a bowl so to reap the maximum amount of juice. Let it drain a bit if needed.
  • Add the sugar in the bowl, then the Greek yoghurt.  
  • Mix well before placing in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours.
  • In a bowl, cream the climb well cold cream with electric mixer, then stir it gently to the previous mixture.
  • Pour into ice cream maker and run Cyble of turbine (30 minutes).  
  • Then place on ice for 2 hours in the freezer for a firmer texture.
