INGREDIENTS
- 300 g ripe
- 60 g of powdered sugar
- 1 Greek yoghurt (120 g)
- 20 ml of liquid cream
THE MATERIAL

HOW TO MAKE
- Rinse the blackberries and cook them in a pan with 1 tablespoon of water. And let stew for 15 minutes.
- Put the blackberries in a colander.
- Press them well over a bowl so to reap the maximum amount of juice. Let it drain a bit if needed.
- Add the sugar in the bowl, then the Greek yoghurt.
- Mix well before placing in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours.
- In a bowl, cream the climb well cold cream with electric mixer, then stir it gently to the previous mixture.
- Pour into ice cream maker and run Cyble of turbine (30 minutes).
- Then place on ice for 2 hours in the freezer for a firmer texture.
