BAILEY'S ICE



INGREDIENTS (8)

  • 350 g of milk
  • 150 g of liquid cream fully
  • 85g of sugar
  • 120g egg yolks (about 5 or 6 it depends on the size of eggs)
  • 120 g bailey


HOW TO MAKE
  • Boil the milk with the cream.
  • Beat the egg yolks with the sugar.
  • Pour hot milk cream mixture on the egg yolks and sugar while stirring vigorously enn.
  • Cook the mixture at 82 ° (do not boil). Then let it cool and then add the bailey so that the taste does not get worse by heat.
  • Put the mixture in an ice cream maker.
  • Serve with a chocolate fudge ...
