CUP OF FRUIT & VANILLA ICE



INGREDIENTS for 4 cups


  • 400 gm pineapple slices in light syrup
  • 400 gm of papaya in light syrup
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 apple farm well
  • 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped almonds
  • 3 ml of rum
  • 1 kiwi ripe but firm
  • 9 dl bourbon vanilla ice perfume
  • 5 almond tuiles
HOW TO MAKE

  • Detail all fruits (except kiwi) into small cubes
  • add a glass (20 cl) of the mixture of the two syrups fruit (pineapple, papaya), rum and crushed almonds a bit.
  • Mix well.
  • Put it in the refrigerator at least 30 minutes.
  • Remove the ice from the freezer and keep cool 15 minutes before serving.
 
PRESENTATION
 

Pour a little syrup in trays or cups has ice. Place a little of each fruit.
Add 1 or 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream by the greed of the guests, ask a beautiful almond tuile (not used) and serve.
