INGREDIENTS for 4 cups
- 400 gm pineapple slices in light syrup
- 400 gm of papaya in light syrup
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 apple farm well
- 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped almonds
- 3 ml of rum
- 1 kiwi ripe but firm
- 9 dl bourbon vanilla ice perfume
- 5 almond tuiles
- Detail all fruits (except kiwi) into small cubes
- add a glass (20 cl) of the mixture of the two syrups fruit (pineapple, papaya), rum and crushed almonds a bit.
- Mix well.
- Put it in the refrigerator at least 30 minutes.
- Remove the ice from the freezer and keep cool 15 minutes before serving.
PRESENTATION
Pour a little syrup in trays or cups has ice. Place a little of each fruit.
Add 1 or 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream by the greed of the guests, ask a beautiful almond tuile (not used) and serve.
