ICE COCONUT





 INGREDIENTS
  • 1 tin of coconut milk
  • 10 ml milk
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 120gm sugar
  • 50 gm grated coconut
  • 15ml liquid cream
  • 3 drops of coconut flavoring


DIRECTION
  • Heat the milk with coconut milk.
  • Meanwhile mix the yolks with the sugar and grated coconut.
  • When the milk is hot pour it over the egg mixture while stirring.
  • Return to heat, add the cream and let the mixture thicken.
  • Then refrigerate to ice cream maker about 30 minutes.
