INGREDIENTS
- 1 tin of coconut milk
- 10 ml milk
- 2 egg yolks
- 120gm sugar
- 50 gm grated coconut
- 15ml liquid cream
- 3 drops of coconut flavoring
DIRECTION
- Heat the milk with coconut milk.
- Meanwhile mix the yolks with the sugar and grated coconut.
- When the milk is hot pour it over the egg mixture while stirring.
- Return to heat, add the cream and let the mixture thicken.
- Then refrigerate to ice cream maker about 30 minutes.
