INGREDIENTS
- 1 vanilla pod, split lengthways
- 20ml double cream
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 2 teaspoon corn flour
- 100 gm of icing sugar
- 12 boxes of mini smarties
DIRECTION
- Heat the cream with the vanilla pod, without boiling.
- Then let steep until completely cooled. Place in the fridge for the cream is cold.
- Add all ingredients except the smarties.
- Put in ice cream maker for 3040min.
- A few minutes before the end, add the smarties.
- Then place in freezer, unless you want the creamy way.
