INGREDIENTS
- 250 ml of water
- 250 g of sugar
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 5 lemon juices presses
- 1 egg white, beaten
HOW TO MAKE
- Make high heat the water with the sugar and stir until the sugar dissolves. Turn off the heat.
- Add the zest and lemon juice into the pan and let cool.
- Pour the mixture into a plastic container with lid and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- After that, pour the preparation in cold ice cream maker according to the instructions of the device.
- After 30 minutes, add the beaten egg white into the preparation and then restart your ice cream maker for 30 minutes.
- Serve in a nice bowl or store in a box with a lid in the freezer.
