ICE LEMON ICE CREAM MAKER




INGREDIENTS 

  • 250 ml of water
  • 250 g of sugar
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 5 lemon juices presses
  • 1 egg white, beaten
 

HOW TO MAKE

  • Make high heat the water with the sugar and stir until the sugar dissolves. Turn off the heat.
  • Add the zest and lemon juice into the pan and let cool.
  • Pour the mixture into a plastic container with lid and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • After that, pour the preparation in cold ice cream maker according to the instructions of the device.  
  • After 30 minutes, add the beaten egg white into the preparation and then restart your ice cream maker for 30 minutes.
  • Serve in a nice bowl or store in a box with a lid in the freezer.
