ICE YOGURT AND RASPBERRIES



FOR A LITTLE MORE THAN 1 / 2L
INGREDIENTS

  • 450g of raspberries mixed
  • 2 natural yoghurts
  • 50g sugar


HOW TO MAKE
  • Mix raspberries 450g to recover. You can spend preparing food mill to remove seeds if you do not like it.
  • Combine raspberries mixed with yogurt and sugar.
  • Pour the mixture into an airtight container and freeze.
  • Stir with a spoon for about 30 minutes every 4/5 times to ensure that the crystals are not formed.
  • This is an ice house so think it out 15 minutes before the utilision otherwise it will be too hard.
