INGREDIENTS
- 500ml of milk
- 15 g cornstarch
- 180 g Nutella
- 90 g of dark chocolate
- 80 g of crushed hazelnut pralines (I did not)
- whipped cream
HOW TO MAKE
- Pour the milk and cornstarch in a saucepan and heat over medium heat stirring constantly gently until the mixture turns creamy, you must bring the milk to a boil.
- Remove from heat, add the Nutella and dark chocolate, coarsely chopped, dissolve one minute and whisk the whole manual.
- Pour into glasses and put in the fridge to cool creams.
- When creams are very cold, divide ¾ of chocolates in the glass, garnish with whipped cream and finish by sprinkling remaining pralines.
