INGREDIENTS
- 50 ml milk
- 1 vanilla pod
- 6 egg yolks
- 100gm sugar
- 25ml whole cream
HOW TO MAKE
- Boil the milk with the vanilla.
- In a bowl, beat the egg yolks with the sugar, and then gradually pour the boiling milk over.
- Mix and annealing all in a clean saucepan, stirring constantly.
- The cream should thicken gradually and should coat the back of a spoon (be careful it does not boil!).
- Off the heat, add the cream.
- Cool and churn in ice cream maker.
- In the freezer.
- The photo is not terrible, but I can tell you that it is very good!
