VANILLA ICE CREAM



INGREDIENTS

  • 50 ml milk
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 100gm sugar
  • 25ml whole cream
 

 
HOW TO MAKE
  • Boil the milk with the vanilla.
  • In a bowl, beat the egg yolks with the sugar, and then gradually pour the boiling milk over. 
  • Mix and annealing all in a clean saucepan, stirring constantly.
  • The cream should thicken gradually and should coat the back of a spoon (be careful it does not boil!).
  • Off the heat, add the cream.
  • Cool and churn in ice cream maker.
  • In the freezer.
  • The photo is not terrible, but I can tell you that it is very good!
