NUTELLA ICE




INGREDIENTS

  • 4 egg yolks
  • 20grs caster sugar
  • 40cl whole milk
  • 200g Nutella

I added a bag of ice delicacies stabilizer Demarle (this prevents flakes in the ice, if you want to buy, do not hesitate to contact me)


HOW TO MAKE

  • In the bowl of your food processor (or bowl), whisk the egg yolks with the sugar until the mixture is pale and doubled in volume. 
  • Boil the milk in a saucepan and pour over eggs, stirring gently.
  • Pour the entire mixture into a saucepan and make thicken slowly, without boiling and stirring constantly, like a custard. 
  • When the cream coats the back of a spoon, stir in Nutella.
  • Whisk until the mixture is smooth and even the mixer if you want.
  • I added my bag stabilizer that time.
  • Wait until completely cool and preparing to ice cream maker for about 20 minutes.
  • Then place in freezer for at least two hours.
