INGREDIENTS
- 4 egg yolks
- 20grs caster sugar
- 40cl whole milk
- 200g Nutella
I added a bag of ice delicacies stabilizer Demarle (this prevents flakes in the ice, if you want to buy, do not hesitate to contact me)
HOW TO MAKE
- In the bowl of your food processor (or bowl), whisk the egg yolks with the sugar until the mixture is pale and doubled in volume.
- Boil the milk in a saucepan and pour over eggs, stirring gently.
- Pour the entire mixture into a saucepan and make thicken slowly, without boiling and stirring constantly, like a custard.
- When the cream coats the back of a spoon, stir in Nutella.
- Whisk until the mixture is smooth and even the mixer if you want.
- I added my bag stabilizer that time.
- Wait until completely cool and preparing to ice cream maker for about 20 minutes.
- Then place in freezer for at least two hours.
