MINT ICE CREAM AND CHOCOLATE

Number of people 6 people

INGREDIENTS

  • A nice handful of mint leaves
  • 25 ml of cream
  • 25 ml whole milk
  • 125 gm sugar
  • 4 egg yolks
  • chocolate into small pieces
  • A few drops of green food coloring (optional)


HOW TO MAKE

  • Bring the cream, milk and fresh mint leaves washed with boiling 10 minutes. Cool. Filter sheets mint.
  • Beat sugar and egg yolks, add milk and mix well.
  • Place the pan on the fire, stir with a wooden spoon until the mixture thickens. Add the dye drops.
  • Let cool then churn it all, add chocolate into small pieces, let it run 2 minutes then place in the freezer and enjoy.
