INGREDIENTS
- A nice handful of mint leaves
- 25 ml of cream
- 25 ml whole milk
- 125 gm sugar
- 4 egg yolks
- chocolate into small pieces
- A few drops of green food coloring (optional)
HOW TO MAKE
- Bring the cream, milk and fresh mint leaves washed with boiling 10 minutes. Cool. Filter sheets mint.
- Beat sugar and egg yolks, add milk and mix well.
- Place the pan on the fire, stir with a wooden spoon until the mixture thickens. Add the dye drops.
- Let cool then churn it all, add chocolate into small pieces, let it run 2 minutes then place in the freezer and enjoy.
