INGREDIENTS (for 1L)
- 300g cottage cheese
- 100g sugar
- 100g whipping cream
- 2 egg whites
- 300g pitted cherries
- 80g sugar
HOW TO MAKE
PREPARATION OF
CHERRY SYRUP
- Put the cherries and sugar in a saucepan.
- Heat over low heat and cook for about 10 min.
- Put the cherries in a bowl and the juice in another. Cool.In a bowl, beat cream cheese with sugar.
- Mount cream. Add it to the cheese.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff. Incorporate them into the mixture.
- Put the mixture in the ice cream maker for 30 minutes.
- Pour into ice cube tray by layer a layer of frozen preparation, cherries, a little syrup (mix lightly between each coat) and so on.
- Put ice in the freezer obtained for the syrup to take.
- If you have the syrup, add ice before serving.
