CHERRY ICE CREAM AND COTTAGE CHEESE



 
INGREDIENTS (for 1L)

  • 300g cottage cheese
  • 100g sugar
  • 100g whipping cream
  • 2 egg whites
FOR THE CHERRY SYRUP
  • 300g pitted cherries
  • 80g sugar


HOW TO MAKE
PREPARATION OF CHERRY SYRUP
  • Put the cherries and sugar in a saucepan.
  • Heat over low heat and cook for about 10 min.
  • Put the cherries in a bowl and the juice in another. Cool.In a bowl, beat cream cheese with sugar.
  • Mount cream. Add it to the cheese.
  • Beat the egg whites until stiff. Incorporate them into the mixture.
  • Put the mixture in the ice cream maker for 30 minutes.
  • Pour into ice cube tray by layer a layer of frozen preparation, cherries, a little syrup (mix lightly between each coat) and so on.
  • Put ice in the freezer obtained for the syrup to take.
  • If you have the syrup, add ice before serving.
