THE SMOOTH CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM



INGREDIENTS
  • 2 eggs
  • 75gm honey
  • 50gm sugar
  • 20ml cream
  • 25gm chocolate


DIRECTION

  • Place the bowl with the cream in the freezer a few minutes before starting.
  • Remove the bowl, cream the freezer and hooks. 
  • Pour the cream into the bowl and begin to beat in whipped cream.
  • Once it is mounted, put the bowl in the refrigerator. Wash hooks.
  • With a paring knife, "cut" the chocolate into pieces, set aside.
  • Meanwhile, break the eggs and clarify.
  • In the yolks to the sugar and beat to obtain a bleaching. Book.
  • Pour the honey into a bowl and put 1 minute in the microwave.
  • Add a pinch of salt in white and mount snow.
