WATERMELON SORBET MINT, RECIPE!



INGREDIENTS
  • 500g watermelon flesh,
  • 80g icing sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 10 fresh mint leaves
 DIRECTION
  •  In my Magi mix, I mixed the flesh of the watermelon then added the icing sugar and lemon.
  • Chop the mint and add to mixture.
  • Refrigerate about 1/2h then put in the ice cream maker if like me you are lucky enough to have one (thank you Magimix!) Or use an ice cream maker. 
  • You can also achieve this by simply putting sorbet in the freezer and stir the mixture regularly.















FRESH JUICE STRAWBERRY KIWI


FOR 2 GLASSES
INGREDIENTS
  • Juice strawberry and kiwi
  • 500 gm of strawberries
  • 2 kiwis
DIRECTION
  • Wash and hull the strawberries and toss in the centrifuge.
  • Peel the kiwis and toss in the centrifuge.   
  • Mix and serve with ice cubes.    
















 

FRESH JUICE HOUSE PEAR APPLE ORANGE




FOR 2 GLASSES
INGREDIENTS
  • Fresh fruit juice apple, pear, and orange
  • 1 apple
  • 1 pear
  • 1 orange   
DIRECTION   
  • Peel the pear, remove it the center and then pass the seeds in the centrifuge.   
  • Peel the apple, remove him the center and seeds then pass into the centrifuge.
  • Peel the orange and then pass into the centrifuge.

FOR ONE GLASS
INGREDIENTS
  • Apple juice and orange
  • 1 apple
  • 1 orange

  • Peel the orange and then pass into the centrifuge.
  • Mix the juice, pour into a glass with ice cubes and serve.

CARPACCIO OF TOMATO AND GOAT CHEESE ICE





SERVE 4
INGREDIENTS
FOR GOAT CHEESE ICE

  • 200g fresh goat cheese type "Little Billy"   
  • 200ml milk   
  • 50ml cream   
  • 7 leaves of fresh basil   
  • salt and pepper   

NOUGHT ICE RCEIPE



INGREDIENTS
  • 3 eggs
  • A pinch of salt
  • 100 gm of logwood honey but good honey does too
  • 100gm sugar
  • 100 gm candied fruit cut into small pieces
  • 100 gm of nougat coarsely crushed
  • 400 gm cream minimum to 35 mg%
DIRECTION
  • Separate whites from egg yolks.
  • Beat the egg whites and add a pinch of salt.
  • Keep refrigerated.
  • Beat the egg yolks with the honey and sugar until light and pale.
  • Add the candied fruit, praline, and then gently fold the egg whites neigh.
  • Reserve cool.
  • Put a large bowl in the fridge or freezer.
  • Then get out the cream, pour into the bowl and whipped up the batter.
  • Add cream mixture to the whipped egg white candied fruit egg yolks ‘and pour into a loaf pan lined with plastic wrap.
  • Freeze for at least 12 hours.

  • Peel the oranges and then pass into the centrifuge.
